The difference between customer and user: Your company can register as a costumer. For each costumer you can register as much user (contact person) as you need. Only a user can book a proficiency testing.

What do you have to consider if the text „E-Mail-Address is already registered“ appears during your registration?

If this text appears, you are already registered in ODIN. Therefore we kindly ask you to click on the field "Forgot password?". You will receive an email from ODIN which contains a link to verify your account. After you have followed this link you can use all functions according to your user settings by using your E-Mail and your password.

Which E-Mail-Address is the most useful for a registration of a proficiency testing?

The responsible contact person (E-Mail-Address) gets the announcement, information about the sample shipment, information about the deadline of the proficiency testing and they have access to the report, the certificate and the invoice. The contact person can also enter the results of the proficiency testing (this means only with the denoted E-Mail-Address). If several persons / laboratory technician are working on the same proficiency testing, it is better to use a general E-Mail-Address where all persons have access.

How does your password need to look like?

The password must be at least eight characters long and must contain one character of the type’s letter, numeric or special character.
